A building is a covered object that can be entered and is intended for living, performing activities or protection and cannot be relocated without damaging its existence. Part of the building is a functional set of rooms in the building, suitable for independent use. Each building has at least one part of the building. Data on buildings and parts of buildings are kept in the real estate cadastre. The data available in this application also contains information on bulding parts owners, who are legal entities.
Information on owners, who are natural persons, is not available to the public (personal data protection rules). This information can be provided by the Data Issuing Department of the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia only when the end user has a special right to use this personal data defined in a law. 
It is also possible to download data on the addresses of house numbers.

Podatki, dostopni v tej aplikaciji, vsebujejo tudi podatke o lastnikih delov stavb, ki so pravne osebe.
Podatki o lastnikih - fizičnih osebah niso javni, zato jih je mogoče naročiti v Oddelku za izdajanje podatkov na Geodetski upravi, če za to obstaja zakonska podlaga.
Omogočen je tudi prevzem podatkov o naslovih hišnih številk.

Orthophoto is an aerial or satellite image which is converted to the orthogonal projection in a National Coordinate Reference System using geometrical parameters of the image and terrain model.
In this application you can download the DOF050 orthophotos in the GEO TIFF format, which means that geolocation data is written in the image head. For any conversion pourposes, please also download geolocation TFW files in the below sector, named Geolocation files for orthophoto.

Ortofoto je zračni ali satelitski posnetek, ki je z upoštevanjem geometrijskih parametrov posnetka in modela reliefa transformiran v pravokotno projekcijo v državnem prostorskem koordinatnem sistemu.

A National Topographic Model (DTM) is a topographic database including descriptive and graphical data of a topographic elements according to the 1 : 5 000 scale precision. Its basic data source are the latest data from the cyclic aerial photography series and the laser scanning project in Slovenia. The whole Slovenian territory is covered by DTM.

National Topographic Map  at 1 : 50 000 Scale (DTK 50V) in vector form is an object oriented cartographical database. Cartographical elements are divided into 8 object groups according to classes defined in an object catalogue. Each object group can have additional four sub-groups corresponding to the basic topological element (point, line, polygon, textual element). Each sub-group has its own shapefile (SHP) for each map sheet.

Državna topografska karta merila 1 : 50.000 v vektorski obliki (DTK 50V) je objektno orientirana kartografska zbirka podatkov. Seamless Cartographic Map
DTK 50 is available in a form of Seamless Cartographic Map since 2017. Raster image is georeferenced and composed in TIFF + TFW format with the resolution of 4 m (317,5 DPI). It is divided into 99 rectangular cutouts in 9 rows and 11 columns of which 22 has no content. The repartition of Seamless Cartographic Map and its cutouts is shown in DTK50zveznaIzrezi_razdelitevSJ.jpg file.

Register of Sseamless Cartographic Data – vector
DTK 50V is available since 2017 as a register in a form of seamless vector cartographic dataset which is being managed and released in a form of SHP files (27).

Seamless Cartographic Map and Register of Seamless Vector Cartographic Data are the most updated data sets of DTK50 or DTK50V. Certain amount of map sheets is being maintained and rebuild each year. Maintenance is taking place also on other parts of the map – e.g. systematic data maintenance of a certain type of objects (roads, railways, watercourses, …), data maintenance in individual priority areas etc. This means that the changes are not visible only on the maintained map sheets but also on other areas.

DTK 50 je od leta 2017 na voljo tudi v obliki zveznega kartografskega prikaza. Georeferencirana rastrska slika je zapisana v obliki TIFF + TFW datotek ločljivosti 4 m (317,5 DPI) in razrezana na 99 pravokotnih izrezov v 9 vrsticah in 11 stolpcih. 22 od 99 izrezov je brez vsebine. Razdelitev zveznega kartografskega prikaza na izreze prikazuje datoteka DTK50zveznaIzrezi_razdelitevSJ.jpg.

Zvezna vektorska kartografska zbirka podatkov
DTK 50V je od leta 2017 na voljo tudi v obliki zvezne vektorske kartografske zbirke podatkov, ki se vodi in izdaja v obliki SHP datotek (27).

Zvezni kartografski prikaz in zvezna vektorska zbirka podatkov sta najbolj ažurna podatkovna niza DTK50 oz. DTK50V. Vsako leto se detajlno obnovi in ponovno izdela določeno število listov karte, vendar pa se obnavlja vsebina tudi na drugih delih karte – npr. sistematična obnova podatkov določenega objektnega tipa (ceste, železnice, vodotoki…), obnova podatkov na posameznih prioritetnih območjih in podobno. To pomeni, da se vse spremembe ne odrazijo samo na listih, ki so obnovljeni, ampak tudi na drugih območjih.

Register of geographical names includes geographical names, which have some temporal, historical, ethnical or society importance. The register includes names of populated places, hydronyms, oronyms and horonyms. Register of geographical names is established for four different levels of details: 1 : 5 000 scale, 1 : 25 000 scale, 1 : 250 000 scale and 1 : 1 000 000 scale, as a result of past captures from cartographical sources. For every individual geographical name there is the information on visibility scale shown in the attribute field, called »merilo«.

The register of addresses is a record of address information. It consists of entered address information, which is permanently stored in the database. The register of addresses consists of data on the number of the address, the address itself, the centroid of the address and data on the spatial units identifiers where the address is located. The address itself consists of information on the municipality, settlement, street, house number with an addition to the house number and apartment number or business premises number, if any. Data on the other spatial units identifiers in the area of which the centroid of the address is located are taken from the register of spatial units by the intersection of the centroid of the address and the areas of the spatial units.

Real estate market database is a multipurpose public database of sales transactions and rent transactions for buildings and parts of buildings. It has been established to provide the actual information on real estate market, for the purposes of real estate mass valuation, for taxation purposes, as well as other purposes defined by the law.
Information about the contracting parties is not available to the public (personal data protection rules). Information about the contracting parties can be provided by the Data Issuing Department of the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia only when the end user has a special right to use this personal data defined in a law. For those cases application for ordering non-public data is available.

Evidenca trga nepremičnin je večnamenska zbirka podatkov o kupoprodajnih pravnih poslih z nepremičninami ter o najemnih pravnih poslih za stavbe in dele stavb, ki se vodi zaradi zagotavljanja dejanskih podatkov o stanju na trgu nepremičnin, za namene množičnega vrednotenja ter za davčne in druge namene, določene z zakonom.
Podatki o pogodbenih strankah niso javni, zato jih je preko aplikacije Naročanje nejavnih podatkov (NNP) mogoče naročiti v Oddelku za izdajanje podatkov na Geodetski upravi, če za to obstaja zakonska podlaga.

A mass appraisal valuation zones are defined as an area where similar real estates have a similar value according to the local real estate market.  The valuation zones are defined separately for each real estate valuation model. A valuation level is assigned to each valuation zone. The valuation zones and valuation levels describes the impact of location to the real estate value.

A mass valuation record is a database intended for calculating the generalized value of real estate. The generalized real estate value is calculated for an individual valuation unit, which can be part of a building, a land parcel or part of a land parcel. For one valuation unit, the generalized value is always determined using only one valuation model. If it exists, the impact of a special circumstance is also taken into account for the valuation unit.

Evidenca vrednotenja (EV) je zbirka podatkov, namenjena izračunu posplošene vrednosti nepremičnin. Posplošena vrednost se izračuna za posamezno enoto vrednotenja, ki je lahko del stavbe, parcela ali del parcele. Eni enoti vrednotenja določamo posplošeno vrednost vedno samo z enim modelom vrednotenja. V kolikor obstaja, se pri enoti vrednotenja upošteva še vpliv posebne okoliščine.

A mass valuation record is a database intended for calculating the generalized value of real estate. The generalized real estate value is calculated for an individual valuation unit, which can be part of a building, a land parcel or part of a land parcel. For one valuation unit, the generalized value is always determined using only one valuation model. If it exists, the impact of a special circumstance is also taken into account for the valuation unit.

Evidenca vrednotenja (EV) je zbirka podatkov, namenjena izračunu posplošene vrednosti nepremičnin. Posplošena vrednost se izračuna za posamezno enoto vrednotenja, ki je lahko del stavbe, parcela ali del parcele. Eni enoti vrednotenja določamo posplošeno vrednost vedno samo z enim modelom vrednotenja. V kolikor obstaja, se pri enoti vrednotenja upošteva še vpliv posebne okoliščine.

A map sheet grids for topographical maps and remote sensing data in a new D96 coordinate system follows the main logic of correspondent map sheet grids in an old D48 coordinate system.  A following map sheet grids are available for easier orientation on different topographic maps in D96 coordinate system: 1 : 5 000 grid (LISTI 5), 1 : 50 000 grid (LISTI 50), 1 : 5 000 sections grid (SEKCIJE 5) and square kilometer grid (LISTI CLSS).

Pri  definiciji  razdelitev  sistemskih  kart in podatkov daljinskega zaznavanja na  liste  v  novem  državnem  ravninskem koordinatnem  sistemu D96  je bilo  upoštevano  načelo, da se, kolikor je to mogoče, ohrani logika starih razdelitev na liste. Za boljšo orientacijo pri določanju želenih kart v koordinatnem sistemu D96 so vam na voljo različne mreže razdelitve Slovenije na liste, in sicer: mreža LISTI 5 - razdelitev na liste merila 1 : 5.000, LISTI 50 - razdelitev na liste merila 1 : 50.000, SEKCIJE 5 - razdelitev na sekcije listov merila 1 : 5.000 in LISTI CLSS - razdelitev na mrežo po kvadratnih kilometrih.

The geographic coordinate grid is a system of hierarchical square cells size of 100 m, 200 m, 500 m, 1,000 m, 2,500 m, 5,000 m and 10,000 m, intended primarily for the dissemination of statistical data. To determine the location of individual cells, a starting point is also determined, that can simplify the naming of the correct description of the individual cells. The nomenclature of cells is consistent across the entire system of hierarchical cells.

Geografska koordinatna mreža je sistem hierarhičnih kvadratnih celic velikosti 100 m, 200 m, 500 m, 1 000 m, 2 500 m, 5 000 m in 10 000 m, namenjenih predvsem za diseminacijo statističnih podatkov. Za določitev lokacije posameznih celic je določeno tudi izhodišče, ki lahko ob pravilni izbiri poenostavi poimenovanja posameznih celic. Nomenklatura celic je skladna preko celotnega sistema hierarhičnih celic.
